  • o Design and creation of a training design process to be used for all development projects. This included a Training Needs Assessment document adhering to the ADDIE model principles as well as compiling a project plan. The project plan included testing of the online deliverables on SCORM Cloud and the LMS Sandbox environment before go-live. o Engagement with corporate stakeholders to establish the requirements and business objectives of the projects o Development of: • Interactive e-learning courses (either Storyline 360 / Rise 360) • Simulation courses (for software education) (Storyline 360) • Learning instances using Gamification (Storyline 360) • Instructional documentation guides • Instructional Videos (included animated videos) • Electronic Assessments o Template design and development for E-learning courses, instructional guide documents and PowerPoint or Presentations depending on business and target audience needs o Managing the project to ensure the timelines and requirements are met o Infographics design and development o Cover images design for posting on the company intranet and Workday for various postings and articles o Image editing using Adobe tools o Webinar editing and loading to Vimeo for the Benefits team and HR to be distributed company wide o Testing of SCORM files on Workday sandbox environment and SCORM cloud before moving to production o Publishing final SCORM content for loading to Workday o Course creation in Workday o User LMS assistance and problem solving o Design and management of the L&D the intranet page o Writing monthly articles for the L&D the intranet page o Keeping updated with industry trends and looking for ways to improve efficiency and adoption of online courses
