About you
People would describe me as an energetic, always upbeat person. I enjoy working with people but content to sit and develop for hours, hacking away, finding new, more efficient ways of doing something or learning something new. This is why I love what I do, there is always something new to learn and challenge myself with. I enjoy the diversity of my role and the various aspects of it, online course design, document layouts, multi-media etc. I enjoy a face-paced environment and is great at self-management having worked remotely for many years and owned my business. I take pride in what I do and live by the moto: 'Treat others like you would like to be treated.'
What are you looking for in a new role?
I am looking for a role and company that will challenge me as well as have room learn new skills. A company with a leadership development program.
What you are interested in working with us?
I am excited to work with different learning environments. My currently job has been for employees within the bank only. So I am excited to put on my 'consulting' hat so to speak when I ran my own business having to problem-solve for different clients in different environments.
What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
I designed a course with multiple assessment streams once, and unfortunately, when in the testing phase, the SCORM file didn't report back to the LMS like it was suppose to. But I then did some research, reworked the course, and managed to solve the issue. That was very stressful I was down to the wire, but now I have learned from my mistakes and calculating that in. Also, I have adapted my design of multiple assessments streams.
