Led a team of 3 (two military and one contractor) in developing effective decision-making support, project coordination, Lean process improvement, succession planning, collaboration and content management. • Initiated the first ever Continuous Process Improvement program at First Army focusing on key processes at the command . • Successfully implemented a Continuity Program for a 300 person headquarters focused on capturing key information for essential tasks. • Developed a SharePoint based dashboard for the Chief of Staff that allows the 12 sections to continuously update their information and get feedback. Knowledge Management Officer United States Army-Norfolk, VA July 2018 to November 2019 Knowledge Management Officer responsible for creating and implementing a Knowledge Management program at Headquarters, Joint Enabling Capabilities Command. • Reworked the recurring meeting and information flow for a Joint Military Command resulting in better communication with 25% fewer meetings. • Created a task tracking process to ensure accountability resulting in a 50% increase of tasks completed on time.
