We assisted various Joint Commands in developing their processes for decision-making support and Lean process improvement. • Provided the framework for decision-support for a multi-national, multi-time zone, Joint exercise resulting in a highly successful training event. • Developed a Knowledge Management Assessment tool that looked at the effectiveness of Knowledge Management from the perspectives of the leadership, staff and the Knowledge Management team generating greater fidelity in assessments.
