Tokio Marine Kiln- IT Change and Transition Analyst March 2021- present  Maintain and run the IT Change Management process according to agreed levels, ensuring all change requests are quality assessed with queries addressed in a timely manner.  Responsible for all Change Management processes, ensuring procedures documentation is up to date and fit for use, offering training where required.  Ensure that Transition documentation and Knowledgebase articles are created, queries are resolved, and any outstanding items are escalated.  Support the creation of management reporting for Change and Service Transition processes with measurements based on KPIs, to show process effectiveness throughout the year  Support all audit and regulatory requirements such as JSoX, Operational Resilience and Internal Auditing.  Ensure All ServiceNow Tasks are actively monitored and updated in line with SLAs, and customers are kept informed.  Involved In the planning, design & testing of our change module when we moved from Ivanti to ServiceNow  Support configuration and SAM processes in Change & Configuration Management such as JML and Snow updates
