With over 20 years’ experience in HR, I am adept at driving the HR agenda, partnering with senior leaders to drive change and ensuring HR activities are tangible and in line with organisation priorities. My experience in strategic partnership includes working with an Operations Director and all Factory managers for up to 6 manufacturing plants. I have significant employee relations experience from a range of business which includes manufacturing, veterinary diagnostics, public sector and baking. This includes dismissals, grievances, mediation and conflict resolution, performance management, investigations and mass redundancies. In my most recent role as HRBP I implemented a talent management and succession planning tool across Operations. This leveraged internal mobility across the factories and meant key role were filled quickly and, in a cost, effective way. My ability to monitor HR metrics has led me to implement new initiatives to improve time to hire on key vacancies. I have significant experience in designing and delivering essential manager training to improve line management capability. I also have extensive experience in analysing employee engagement results and delivering sessions across employee groups to identify areas for improvement. I have produced a prof forma for analysing results and delivering workshops.

I have a 2:1 in Human Resource Management from Leeds University and I am level 7 qualified with the CIPD. Having been in my current HR Business Partner role for 9 years I have a strong track record of being a credible expert in strategic HR management.
