What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
My most challenging experience in my professional career to date was contributing to the attainment of ISO 9001 and 14001 certifications for my previous office. The process involved not only setting up both practice and quality management standards but also implementing systems to ensure their ongoing compliance. It required thorough planning, attention to detail, and collaboration across multiple international departments to align our practices with these rigorous standards. Overcoming obstacles such as resistance to change and ensuring continuous improvement was crucial. Ultimately, the experience enhanced my problem-solving skills and deepened my understanding of organisational efficiency and the importance of quality management.
