What are you looking for in a new role?
I am looking to broaden my business change experience into a different path following working with the Metropolitan Police Counter Terrorism. I have a design and education background before making a career change to Change management, this transition came after completing a masters degree in 2020 and been keen to experience different areas of the role. I am a fast learner particularly in relation to technology, I enjoy continuous learning and anything I have not had experience in I throw myself in the deep end and make it work. I am excited by this potential opportunity as I feel this would suit my career progression goals and align with all personal attributes listed in the advert for this role.

What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
Working with a diverse range of stakeholders who have very demanding jobs within Counter Terrorism. A previous challenge was to keep the momentum going with stakeholder engagement and to get the buy in of the change from senior leaders, I adapted by getting to know the stakeholders better and tailored my approach to each group to create a more bespoke and effective plan to tackle this.
