I have more than 25 years of experience in payroll processing, employee benefits administration, and general HR support. In my previous role at Rolta India Limited, I was responsible for managing payroll for more than 2000 employees, ensuring timely and accurate processing, and maintaining compliance with the Central / State Govt. rules and regulations. I have hands-on experience with payroll software, including Spine, Mera Pay, Infowan, PAMS (by Siemens), etc. and am adept at troubleshooting any issues that may arise and also a quick learner to adapt any software / skill being a Tech Savvy person.
What excites me about this opportunity is the chance to combine my HR expertise with the flexibility of a remote position. I am highly organized, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills—traits that allow me to manage payroll functions efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
