About candidate

About you
I am a results-driven Soft Skills and Leadership Trainer with a proven track record in fostering organizational excellence through effective training initiatives. Specialized in culture change management, voice process training, induction and onboarding programs, and LMS implementation from inception. Experienced in single-handedly managing Learning and Development functions for an organization of 100 employees, excelling in the identification and resolution of organizational gaps through strategic training and mentoring sessions. Adept at developing tailored training modules for LMS, contributing to enhanced employee skills and overall organizational success.
What are you looking for in a new role?
As a dedicated LMS Administrator with a strong record of launching and scaling learning systems from the ground up, I’ve always chosen roles where I could take initiative and drive impact early on. My career path reflects intentional moves every year to environments that offer new challenges—whether it’s setting up an LMS for a global client, building internal training programs from scratch, or designing QMS frameworks to support learning and performance.

Now, I’m seeking a long-term opportunity with a forward-thinking organization that values autonomy, structure, and remote collaboration. I thrive in roles where ownership, creativity, and proactive problem-solving are encouraged. My ideal next company is one where I can continue contributing meaningfully to L&D initiatives while growing within a stable, flexible setup that supports remote, focused, high-impact work.
What you are interested in working with us?
With a strong foundation as a Trainer & LMS Administrator, I’ve been deeply involved in the end-to-end process of managing learning platforms, designing training workflows, and ensuring content effectiveness. Over time, I realized my passion lies not just in managing learning systems, but in designing the learning experience itself—creating content that is engaging, outcome-driven, and tailored to learner needs.

What draws me to your team is the opportunity to work on purposeful instructional design projects where I can apply my technical understanding of learning platforms along with my creative and analytical skills. I’m excited about collaborating with subject matter experts, using data to improve learning impact, and bringing fresh, learner-centric ideas to the table.

I’m looking to grow with a company that values innovation in learning and supports remote collaboration—making this role a perfect fit for the next phase of my professional & personal journey.
What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
One of the most challenging and rewarding experiences in my career was stepping into the role of Sr. LMS Administrator at Infosearch BPO Services, where I was tasked with launching a Learning Management System for a key Australian client. What made this role particularly demanding was that I wasn’t just overseeing an existing setup—I had to build the entire LMS framework from scratch and ensure it met international client expectations, all within a tight timeline.

Beyond the LMS, I took the initiative to design and implement a full-fledged training program for internal teams, set up a new QA process for CSR and Back Office teams, and architected a customized Quality Management System (QMS), which is now in active deployment. I also led the creation of the company’s L&D function from the ground up, managing both strategy and execution single-handedly.

Balancing these parallel, high-stakes projects while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations truly pushed me to grow in leadership, innovation, and ownership. It’s an experience that sharpened my ability to deliver under pressure and added immense value to my professional toolkit.

Dear Hiring Manager,

I am writing to express my keen interest in the Instructional Designer role at [Company Name], as advertised. With a strong foundation in Learning & Development, along with hands-on experience in launching LMS platforms, designing training modules, and developing QA and QMS frameworks, I bring both strategic thinking and execution capability to the table.

In my current role as Sr. LMS Administrator at Infosearch BPO Services, I led the end-to-end launch of a Learning Management System for an Australian client, designed organization-wide training programs, and introduced quality frameworks that are now actively driving performance improvements. This followed my tenure at Navia Markets Ltd., where I single-handedly managed L&D for a 100-employee organization and initiated impactful training solutions aligned with business needs.

What excites me most about your company is the opportunity to work on meaningful instructional design projects that empower learners through well-crafted, engaging, and outcome-driven experiences. I am particularly drawn to environments where autonomy, innovation, and collaboration thrive—values I believe your organization shares.

I am now seeking to transition into a role that not only allows me to apply my deep understanding of instructional design principles, but also supports a remote setup that enables focused, high-quality work. I am confident that my unique blend of hands-on LMS management, content design, and leadership experience makes me a strong fit for this position.

Thank you for considering my application. I would welcome the opportunity to further discuss how I can contribute to your team and learning goals. Please find my resume attached for your review.

Warm regards,

Niharika Agrawal.
