About candidate

About you
I’m an experienced Learning & Development professional with close to 7 years of expertise in training delivery, content creation, and learner engagement. Over the past few years, I’ve transitioned my focus into Instructional Design, developing microlearning modules, training decks, and interactive learning content using tools like Canva, PowerPoint, and 7taps. I’m currently upskilling in Articulate Storyline, SCORM compliance, and LMS management to strengthen my capabilities in eLearning design. What drives me is creating learner-centric content that’s clear, accessible, and impactful. I’m now actively looking for remote Instructional Designer roles where I can apply my experience and contribute to building powerful learning experiences.
What are you looking for in a new role?
I’m looking for a role where I can fully step into instructional design, combining my strong background in training and learning strategy with hands-on content development. I want to work on meaningful learning projects that allow me to design engaging, learner-focused content using tools like Articulate Storyline while also expanding my skills in LMS platforms and SCORM compliance. Ideally, I’m seeking a remote position that offers creative challenges, growth opportunities, and a collaborative environment where I can contribute, learn, and make an impact.
What you are interested in working with us?
I’m interested in working with Naukri Mitra because I deeply resonate with your mission of connecting skilled professionals with the right opportunities. As someone who’s transitioned from traditional training delivery to modern instructional design, I value platforms that support talent during career pivots and growth. I’d love to be part of a purpose-driven team where I can contribute by designing impactful learning content, while also supporting individuals in their upskilling and job-readiness journey, something that aligns perfectly with Naukri Mitra’s vision.
What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
One of the most challenging experiences I faced was when I had to design and deliver a training program for a newly launched product with very limited information and a tight deadline. The product team was still finalizing features, and I had to build content that was accurate, engaging, and easy for new hires to understand. I handled it by collaborating closely with stakeholders, proactively asking the right questions, and breaking the content into microlearning formats to stay flexible with updates. It taught me to stay calm under pressure, think like a learner, and manage ambiguity with confidence.
