What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
As an hr, i had to handle a situation like termination of an employee who is contibuting poor performance compare to the desired. that person was really wanted that job but as per the management decision we had to give termination to him. we gave three months of time for the improvement but he couldn't achieved the target.

That was the one of the challenges i have faced in my profesional life.
