What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
One of the most challenging experiences in my past role was managing the high-volume document review process for the Grenfell Tower Inquiry. This was a high-profile and sensitive investigation, requiring the processing, categorisation, and disclosure of over 700,000 legal documents while ensuring compliance with strict regulatory and procedural requirements.

The Challenge:

The sheer volume of documents, combined with tight deadlines, legal sensitivities, and the need for absolute accuracy, made this a highly demanding task. Additionally, I had to liaise with multiple stakeholders, including legal teams, government officials, and external counsel, ensuring seamless coordination and adherence to strict protocols.

I implemented a structured workflow for document tracking and categorisation, introduced efficiency measures to streamline the review process, and worked closely with team members to ensure consistency and accuracy in disclosures.
