What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
One of the most challenging experiences I faced was during a critical recruitment drive for a senior leadership position at an oil and gas company. We were operating under a tight timeline, and the requirements for the role were very specific, making it difficult to identify suitable candidates quickly.
