What has been most challenging experience in a past role?

One of the most challenging yet rewarding experiences was leading the development of a Capability Maturity Model to benchmark our organizational capabilities against industry standards. The scope was complex, spanning multiple service lines, functions, and dimensions like people, processes, assets, and data. I took ownership of defining the approach, aligning internal stakeholders, and identifying the right consulting partner with deep domain expertise to accelerate the process. This enabled us to bring external objectivity, validate our internal view, and create a practical, scalable framework that informed strategic decisions and improved our positioning in client conversations.
