The biggest challenge was managing stakeholder expectations while maintaining the project timeline. There were frequent scope changes, and at one point, a major stakeholder raised concerns that could have delayed the entire initiative. I had to step in, re-engage the stakeholder group, revisit the risk register, and lead several alignment workshops to ensure everyone was on the same page.

In the end, we achieved go-live as scheduled by negotiating key deliverables and re-prioritizing work without compromising quality or compliance.
