Oversaw the calendar management for 3 senior directors, optimally scheduling meetings with internal and external stakeholders to ensure minimal clashes and maximise the productivity of their time. ● Created agendas for directors’ meetings, liaising with relevant internal stakeholders to gather key documents and information needed to transform into meeting packs for attendees. ● Managed travel booking and diary for directors, leveraging my research and negotiation skills to save £2,000 in travel costs. Project Coordinator - UCL ● While as an EA, acted as a project coordinator for a £1.5m building relocation project, supervising progress on constriction and securing weekly updates with building contractors on project progress. ● Managed RAID logs for the project, gathering key project risks from weekly updates with contractors and feeding key risks and insights to senior leadership. ● Liaised with heads of departments to gather key design requirements for the new building which I fed into the business design team and oversaw progress to ensure alignment with requirements. ● Led monthly status meetings to update internal stakeholders on project progress and any persistent or potentially major project risks.
