I also have great interactions with clients with a proven record of retaining them when they're unhappy due to delays or issues within the onboarding process.
What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
I worked in the telecom industry which required construction for the clients I onboarded. Due to the delays in the industry, the most challenging aspect was finding a way to turn bad news into an actionable plan. This was challenging at first but it helped me grow my process standardization skills and retention skills.
