What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
At Osource Global, one of the most challenging experiences I faced was managing the onboarding process for a large influx of new hires in a short timeframe. I needed to ensure a smooth integration while maintaining our standards for quality and engagement.
To tackle this, I streamlined our onboarding procedures and utilized SAP SuccessFactors to track progress efficiently. I also coordinated closely with team leads to ensure that new hires received the necessary training and support. As a result, we successfully onboarded all new employees on schedule, and feedback indicated improved satisfaction with the onboarding experience. This challenge reinforced my skills in project management and effective communication.
