What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
In my role as HR Manager at Safeway Logistics, the most challenging experience was leading a large recruitment drive during rapid company growth. We had to fill key positions quickly while ensuring new hires fit the company culture. To tackle this, I streamlined the hiring process, utilized digital tools for faster screening, and worked closely with department heads to ensure alignment. Despite tight deadlines, we successfully brought in top talent, supporting the company’s expansion without compromising on quality.
