About candidate

About you
As a dedicated life coach with over a decade of experience, I have guided more than 100 driven individuals towards achieving more balanced, purposeful, and fulfilling lives. My approach combines a diverse skill set and a deep understanding of personal development, supported by my extensive qualifications. I hold certifications in Life Coaching, Counseling, Addiction, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Nutrition, and Personal Training, and I have a BE.d (Bachelor of Education).

My career spans roles as a teacher for five years, where I honed my skills in communication and educational psychology, and as a Governor for VIP and HNW individuals for ten years, which provided me with valuable insights into the unique needs and expectations of high-net-worth clients. This diverse background enriches my coaching practice, allowing me to offer tailored and empathetic support to each client.

My coaching philosophy is rooted in a commitment to personal growth and well-being. I use evidence-based techniques combined with a compassionate approach to help clients navigate their personal and professional challenges. Whether you’re aiming to enhance your career, improve relationships, or overcome specific obstacles, I’m here to help you create meaningful and lasting change in your life.
What are you looking for in a new role?
In my current role, I’ve successfully built and managed a thriving coaching business, and I’m now eager to take my career to the next level. I’m looking for a new opportunity that will allow me to expand my impact and reach, leveraging my extensive experience and qualifications in a dynamic and innovative environment. I’m particularly interested in roles that offer the chance to work with a diverse range of clients and challenges, enabling me to apply and further develop my skills while contributing to the growth and success of the organization. My goal is to elevate my practice by embracing new strategies, technologies, and approaches that can enhance client outcomes and drive continued professional development.
What you are interested in working with us?
I am particularly interested in working with Naukri Mitra because of your innovative approach to transforming the job search landscape. As a seasoned coach with a successful track record, I am excited by the opportunity to contribute to a platform that connects individuals with their ideal career opportunities. Your commitment to providing a comprehensive and user-friendly job portal aligns with my passion for helping people achieve their professional goals.

I am eager to bring my expertise in personal development and coaching to Naukri Mitra, where I believe I can help enhance the value you offer to job seekers and employers alike. By leveraging my background in coaching and understanding of diverse professional needs, I am confident I can contribute to refining your services and furthering your mission to simplify and enrich the job search process.
What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
One of the most challenging experiences in my previous role as a Governor for VIP and high-net-worth individuals was managing the demanding workload, which often involved working over 60 hours a week. Striking a balance between my professional responsibilities and personal life was particularly difficult, and I frequently felt overwhelmed by the intensity of the role.

This experience, however, has been profoundly transformative. It has given me valuable insights into the importance of achieving a work-life balance, which I now emphasize in my coaching practice. Drawing from my own journey, I coach others to navigate similar challenges and develop strategies for maintaining equilibrium between their professional and personal lives. My personal experience has not only shaped my approach but also enhanced my ability to empathize with and support my clients in their pursuit of a balanced and fulfilling life.
