- I have worked in various settings over the past six years including mental health hospitals with adolescents. I ran groups and individual sessions. I worked with patients suffering from self harm and eating disorders. I have also worked in various schools from ages 6-18. My main experience is with adolescents so feel I would be a good git for the vacancy. My most recent work has been private practise with adults and children, using an integrative approach, my training was originally in art psychotherapy but over the years I have learnt other techniques and see myself as an integrative therapist.

- Working as an activity coordinator with both the elderly and children has gained me a range of unique experiences that were incredibly fulfilling and rewarding. Designing activities that catered to both children and seniors requires creativity. I was able to find ways to make activities engaging and accessible for both groups, think outside the box and adapt concepts to suit varying needs and interests. The job gave me a unique opportunity to build trust and rapport with my clients. This cultivated a sense of community and belonging, not only among the participants but also among their families and caregivers. I was able to promoting physical, mental, and social well-being amongst the groups, enhancing their quality of life, whether it’s through physical activities, arts and crafts, or cognitive games that stimulate their minds.
