I have been told I'm a wonderful friend and great listener. My entire life, individuals have leaned on me because I am dependable. I lead with heart, I am a great multi-tasker, and learn quickly. I am looking for a chance to show you my potential. I value the team, I value the individual, and no matter what, I remain honest. In each role that I've had, I've received praise from my supervisors, and interest to pour more into me. It is my wish that we can continue that amazing work.
What are you looking for in a new role?
I'm looking for work life balance, the ability to learn consistently. I want a highly collaborative environment, with the importance of independent work as well. I would love a role that invests in my HR knowledge, supports me getting my SHRM certification, is flexible and understanding. It would be great to work for an organization that includes teams and individuals in decision-making processes that affect them, moves intentionally/mindfully, believes in wellness, and listens to ideas.
What you are interested in working with us?
It's vital to me to join a team that also values a team structure and flow. We move with tact and respect for collaboration. I would love to be involved in an organization that invests in each persons' goals, helps them nurture existing skills, while creating room for new growth. Learning and development seems to be a core part of who you are, and I think it would only be fitting to work together.
What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
I was hoping for an environment in which I would have consistent mentorship to excel in the existing skills. Consulting work, although extremely rewarding in some ways, lacks the structure that helps me thrive.
