What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
It is always a challenge to manage potential disasters in an ever-changing work environment such as construction. Usually there are multiple subcontractors and vendors on site all working on their own piece of puzzle, so it is a balancing act to ensure that any mishaps are mere bumps in the road and not a ditch that stops the journey. Critical thinking and analysis are vital to approaching situations with an open mind geared towards solutions.
