I have been working in education for 12 years, with a special interest on curriculum development. In my last role I was a educational specialist, helping to improve the systems of language learnings, as well as outdated methodologies and modalities.

I am excited about the opportunity to join your team as a Virtual Education Consultant because I am passionate about leveraging technology to improve educational outcomes and enhance the learning experience. Throughout my career as an educator, I have seen firsthand the impact that effective teaching methods and the right educational tools can have on students' success.

What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
In my last role as an Education Specialist in Hong Kong, a big challenge was working with an institution that was quite set in its ways. They were using traditional teaching methods and were hesitant to adopt new approaches. To address this, I focused on showing the benefits of modern educational tools through hands-on workshops and real-world examples.

By building trust and understanding staff concerns, I was able to help them gradually introduce a blended learning program. It wasn't easy, but it taught me how to effectively drive change and adapt my approach to different situations.
