In my recent position at Farmers- Foremost Signature, I have honed my skills for 2 years, managing a wide array of policy contracts including personal auto, homeowners, and umbrella among others. My proficiency with tools such as ARS, Agent360 coupled with my strong customer skills have allowed me to excel in problem solving and providing top-notch service to agent and clients alike.

I pride myself on being a subject matter expert who is always eager to take on additional responsibilities and assist with cross-training my peers, ensuring our team’s success. My strengths in task accomplishment, quality assurance and active listening have significantly contributed to my effectiveness in this role.

Although I don’t have the experience preferred for a claims role, I am not only a very efficient worker but also a sponge when it comes to processes. I already have a solid foundation of insurance knowledge and policy contracts, as well as freshly trained for my adjuster license I have obtained.
