I’m looking for a role where I can drive meaningful communication—particularly around change and transformation. I want to work in a space where my skills in simplifying complex ideas, crafting engaging messages, and guiding people through transition are directly tied to impact. A fully remote and collaborative setup is also important, allowing flexibility without compromising effectiveness.

What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
One of the most challenging experiences in my previous role was leading a communications revamp during a digital platform migration. I had to ensure that internal and external users smoothly transitioned from the legacy system to the new one, while managing change resistance, maintaining clarity, and keeping timelines on track.

The complexity lay in aligning cross-functional teams—tech, design, product, and compliance—who all had different priorities and communication styles.

To address this, I created simplified message maps, designed FAQs and walkthroughs tailored for different user types, and worked closely with product managers to ensure no gaps in tone or clarity. It pushed me to think more strategically, remain empathetic, and adapt my communication in real-time—all of which sharpened my skills in change communication and stakeholder alignment.
