With almost 23 years of experience, I would like my efficiency and productivity to be more fruitful for the company as well as for myself in a company that would provide more stability in the long run. By this, I would be able to support my daughter in her educational endeavors and my family in a better way.

I am looking for a company that has better prospects and work balance, more flexible and dynamic so that I can pursue my long-term goals. What has been most challenging experience in a past role?

Initially, the most challenging part was multiple specialties at the same time, but with time, things were more manageable. With better communication, focus on learning, proper feedback, problem solving, and teamwork, I was able to achieve great results and prove my expertise in such scenario and be more proficient.
