The challenge was finding a balance—keeping advanced users engaged without overwhelming those who needed more support. I responded by breaking the training into tiers, offering optional deep-dive sessions for advanced users and additional hands-on support for those who needed it. I also created quick-reference guides in plain language and paired less confident users with peer mentors.

In my previous roles, I’ve successfully designed and delivered training across diverse formats, including virtual classrooms, and e-learning modules. Engaging participants through interactive methods, and continuously improving programs based on feedback and measurable outcomes. One of my most rewarding experiences involved leading a company-wide onboarding program, which significantly improved new hire productivity and retention rates.
One of my most impactful experiences was facilitating sessions for neurodivergent employees during Project Udaan, a flagship initiative by Accenture aimed at creating inclusive career opportunities. Through this program, I designed learning environments that prioritized accessibility, and learner-centered approaches.
