What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
One of the most challenging experiences I had in was facilitating a new hire employees with widely varying technical abilities. Some were very tech-savvy, while others had minimal computer experience and were visibly anxious about the change.

The challenge was finding a balance—keeping advanced users engaged without overwhelming those who needed more support. I responded by breaking the training into tiers, offering optional deep-dive sessions for advanced users and additional hands-on support for those who needed it. I also created quick-reference guides in plain language and paired less confident users with peer mentors.
