About candidate

About you
I’m a certified health professional with over a decade of experience delivering wellbeing-focused support across healthcare and nonprofit settings. My work blends virtual tools, emotional resilience coaching, and workplace wellbeing strategy to help individuals and organizations thrive. I’m passionate about improving occupational health through personalized care, compliance expertise, and virtual consultation.
What are you looking for in a new role?
I’m seeking a role where I can combine my passion for employee wellbeing with my expertise in remote consultation and occupational health. I’m looking to make a meaningful impact by supporting individuals and organizations in creating safer, healthier work environments, while continuing to grow professionally in a mission-driven, telehealth-centered setting.
What you are interested in working with us?
I’m drawn to your organization’s commitment to advancing occupational health through innovative telehealth solutions. The opportunity to contribute to a team that prioritizes both individual wellbeing and organizational safety aligns perfectly with my values and experience. I’m excited to support your mission while helping clients navigate health challenges with care and clarity.
What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
One of the most challenging experiences was leading employee wellbeing initiatives in the largest hospital in the region, MedStar Washington Hospital Center, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Balancing urgency, empathy, and clarity while supporting thousands of employees required constant adaptation. It tested my resilience and leadership but strengthened my ability to deliver impactful, compassionate support in high-stress environments.

Dear Hiring Manager,

I am excited to apply for the Telehealth Occupational Health Consultant position. With over a decade of experience supporting individual and organizational wellbeing across healthcare, nonprofit, and corporate settings, I bring a holistic, compliance-informed approach to occupational health—one grounded in empathy, behavior change, and remote accessibility.

In my recent roles at MedStar Health, I led the system-wide Power to Heal initiative, engaging over 30,000 employees through remote wellbeing programming, emotional health campaigns, and compliance-aligned communications. I also co-chaired the MedStar Washington Hospital Center wellbeing committee that shaped internal policy and virtual support systems. This work deepened my expertise in creating psychologically safe, health-forward environments through strategic collaboration and telehealth tools.

What draws me to your organization is your commitment to delivering thoughtful, tech-enabled care to diverse workplaces. I thrive in remote environments and have built a career on helping others navigate stress, burnout, and health risk with clarity and compassion. My certifications in personal training, yoga, Reiki, and coaching—paired with real-world program delivery—equip me to support employees holistically and meaningfully.

I would welcome the opportunity to bring my background in occupational wellbeing, telehealth engagement, and cross-functional leadership to your team. Thank you for considering my application. I look forward to the possibility of discussing how I can support your mission and clients.

Best regards,
Jennifer Abramson
