What has been most challenging experience in a past role?

This situation often leads to feelings of being overwhelmed, as each patient requires attention and resources. High patient ratios can also impact the level of communication and connection I can establish with each individual, potentially affecting their overall experience and care outcomes. Balancing quality care with the demands of a busy nursing environment has been a significant challenge in my role.
