Myself Ashika, I am a registered nurse looking for a job. I have a dream of pursuing advance degree with a better life. I love to do what I like, painting, yoga and making my own clothes. I love meeting new people and learning more about the cultural diversities. I'm into learning languages, I can speak Tamil, English, Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi and Telugu. I never wanted to stop learning, I hope that is what keeping me strive.

To work as a full-time remote telehealth nurse
Due to the advancement in technology, there will be no hindrance in the growth of my knowledge and gaining experience, additionally the monetary benefits are not less.

In my previous role as a Telehealth critical care registered Nurse with Cloudphysician healthcare. I was one of the nurses responsible for managing critical care remotely, where seamless communication and accurate information were essential to provide the best care possible. A key part of my role was coordinating patient care between our telehealth team, the hospital doctors and nurses. However, challenges often arose due to delays in receiving essential patient data, such as lab results or radiology reports, which made it difficult to accurately diagnose and determine the right course of action quickly.
One of the most significant challenges I faced involved cases like stroke, where distinguishing between ischemic and hemorrhagic types was critical for determining treatment. However, delays in obtaining imaging results or lab reports often hindered our ability to diagnose quickly, and sometimes in other cases, I had to rely on limited information to make immediate care decisions. This was particularly challenging when trying to arrange for the appropriate specialists to consult, as doctors at both our care center and the hospital were unavailable due to emergencies or other urgent cases.
In these high-pressure situations, I developed a strong ability to adapt and communicate effectively to coordinate care remotely, ensuring that patients received the necessary interventions as soon as possible. Despite the challenges, I prioritised clear communication, patient safety, and timely follow-ups, making sure that care was delivered in a systematic and organized manner.
