In my most recent position at Akamai Technologies, I was responsible for providing technical support for [Akamai’s Top tire customer based on any issues]. I Proactively monitored, and managed a diverse range of customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
One of my key strengths is my ability to communicate complex technical information in a way that’s easy for users to understand. I have good knowledge of Computer Networking, DNS, HTTP, TCP/IP, and DHCP. These are my key skills. Along with that, I have done a certification course in computer networking at NPTEL.
I’m eager to tackle complex challenges and find solutions that enhance customer satisfaction. Additionally, I value an environment that supports continuous learning, whether through training programs or exposure to new tools and practices.
