What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
One of the most challenging experiences I faced was onboarding clients onto an ESG reporting platform while ensuring they fully understood complex sustainability frameworks. Many clients were unfamiliar with standards like GRI, ESRS, and SBTi, making it difficult to guide them through data collection and reporting. I tackled this by simplifying explanations, providing hands-on training, and creating user-friendly documentation. This experience enhanced my ability to communicate technical concepts effectively and strengthened my problem-solving skills in sustainability consulting.
