What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
My most challenging experience was to work along with people who did not possess the same motivation as of me. It became really difficult to complete the project in time but I had to find a way to finish the project in time and have some slack time. Finding the obstacles and creating a win win situation for all is my specialty. Having faith in your vendors, co-workers, & management always keeps things in the right place.
