I had a challenging experience when I was working in a night shift as a soc analyst in my previous company. There was a alert raised for phishing email with phishing link and malware attachment. In this situation I was responsible for removing or purging the email to prevent further spread of that phishing email and identify who has clicked on the phishing link and given away their credentials and helping the relevant teams like IAM for restoring the credentials. This was my challenging experience during my initial stage working as a soc analyst
