What are you looking for in a new role?
Opportunity to make an impact, develop others
What you are interested in working with us?
the flexibility and opportunity
What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
Early in my career - 2002, Stakeholder management - CSuite wanting the roll out of a succession planning system when we were not ready. Even though I voiced my opinion to my manager who was the Director at that time (I was a Sr. Consultant), we got push back and rolled out a system without defining the process. Process should come before system rollout. As a result, there were many questions and the system did not suppor the need since it was not configured based on a process that should have been defined more clearly.

Lesson Learned - Continue to raise issues and share what would be the impact if action is taken too quickly without clarity. This is what I do today - share consequences with my stakeholders based on course of action - whether positive or opportunity.
