I stay updated on best practices and enjoy working in diverse, inclusive environments. My strengths include creative problem-solving, fostering connections, and encouraging students to achieve their personal and academic goals. I am also passionate about career counseling, creative arts, and building cohesive school communities.
What are you looking for in a new role?
am seeking a leadership role where I can bring my experience to a collaborative and student-focused school community. I aim to support student success through creative initiatives and evidence-based counseling approaches. I am also interested in expanding my skills in mental health support, career guidance, and student well-being programs, particularly within a progressive and diverse school environment.
What you are interested in working with us?
On holistic student development and inclusive practices aligns with my philosophy of education. What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
One of the most challenging experiences I faced was supporting a student struggling with significant emotional issues, which affected their academic and social life. The challenge was to build trust while ensuring the necessary interventions were in place. I worked closely with teachers, parents, and external professionals, eventually helping the student find stability and confidence. This experience reinforced my belief in the importance of a multi-tiered approach to counseling.
