With over 9 years of experience in nursing education, clinical coordination, and data analyst, I have transitioned into healthcare data analytics to bridge the gap between clinical expertise and data-driven decision-making. I have hands-on experience with tools like REDCap, Speedy Audit, SAS, Excel, and Power BI for managing patient records, infection control audits, and medical research data.
