About you
Very experienced nurse . I have worked in wellness programs for private as well as non profit organizations. Currently work in cardiac rehabilitation. Provide supervision to patients post cardiac for exercise and educate re smoking, diet, heart healthy , exercise.
What are you looking for in a new role?
Have done teleheath monitoring for patients who monitor there BP, weight & blood sugars . I feel I can support & provide good education & prevention to people with chronic diseases .
What you are interested in working with us?
I am interested in providing education to people in a work place . I have a broad knowledge base in cardiac, pulmonary, diabetes, social , geriatric & health care. I am disciplined in working from home as my recent telehealth monitoring job has taught me proper time management & I feel I would be an asset to this position.
What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
In my previous role as a telehealth & cardiac rehab nurse my most challenging experience was managing a tight deadline for a project with patients. I had to prioritize tasks, delegate effectively, and troubleshoot last-minute issues, while maintaining open communication to ensure successful completion of goals .
