About candidate

About you
I am a curious and detail-oriented researcher and storyteller with a background in natural history and factual programming. I have experience in both development and production, where I contribute to science-led narratives, manage sensitive contributors, and help craft compelling editorial treatments. Alongside my work in film and television, I have developed a strong interest in AI research, particularly in understanding how large language models interpret human intent and the potential for AI to transform communication, knowledge sharing, and storytelling. I am excited about the intersection of technology, ethics, and creativity, and I am always seeking opportunities to contribute to meaningful and forward-thinking projects.
What are you looking for in a new role?
In this new role, I seek the opportunity to be at the forefront of innovation, especially at the intersection of language and artificial intelligence. I am attracted to positions that challenge me both intellectually and creatively, where I can help shape meaningful interactions between humans and emerging technologies. Being part of the AI movement at such a pivotal moment excites me; I want to work in an environment where ideas develop rapidly, language is central to designing ethical and intuitive systems, and my skills as a communicator, researcher, and critical thinker can directly influence how these tools benefit people. Ultimately, I am looking for a role that encourages my growth, allows me to contribute, and enables me to be part of something that is not only technologically innovative but also socially impactful.
What you are interested in working with us?
I am drawn to Naukri Mitra because of its mission to make employment more accessible and equitable, particularly for workers in informal and underserved sectors. As someone who values purpose-driven work, I find it incredibly meaningful to contribute to a platform that not only connects people to jobs but also empowers them to take control of their livelihoods.

The company’s use of technology to bridge employment gaps, especially through vernacular interfaces and location-based services, reflects a forward-thinking and inclusive approach that resonates with my values. I am excited about the opportunity to be part of a team that is using innovation to solve real-world challenges and create lasting social impact.

Working at Naukri Mitra would allow me to apply my research, storytelling, and communication skills to projects that matter while learning from others who are equally passionate about driving positive change through technology.
What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
One of the most challenging aspects of my previous role was managing sensitive relationships with contributors while ensuring both factual and editorial integrity, especially when working on international stories that involved medical or cultural themes. For instance, while coordinating a funeral shoot in Ghana for Sentient (Wildstar Films), I had to carefully navigate local customs, logistical constraints, and editorial objectives, all while maintaining trust with the family involved. Similarly, my work with the Meningitis Research Foundation required me to communicate effectively with doctors and vulnerable communities across various time zones and cultural contexts, demanding both empathy and precision. These experiences pushed me to refine my communication skills, perform well under pressure, and make decisions that honoured both the individuals involved and the editorial goals of the production.
