About you
I am a single mother of 2 boys. I have a senior in high school getting ready to graduate and move on to the next phase. I was recently laid off from my job as a negotiator for a Plaintiff attorney. So I am now seeking remote work as my new career. I have experience in transcribing recorded statements for the insurance companies. I would write all my demand letters from the attorney to the insurance company. I do have some experience in creating petitions and other courtroom paperwork to file suit. I understand the legal terminology and law codes in my handling of the auto insurance cases. I was responsible to handle the most extreme case that included fatalities and dismemberment to list a few.
What are you looking for in a new role?
I am looking for a job where I can work independently and still make a reasonable salary. I am not wanting to jump back into the working at an insurance or Plaintiff attorney firm.
What you are interested in working with us?
I am familiar with police reports and legal processes, so I feel like this will be an interesting job. I know it is an interesting job to be able to hear and write what is going on in a case.
What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
Dealing with client's that were unreasonable about their case worth. Trying to explain to make someone understand how the settlement process worth and how it is evaluated.
