What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
One of the most challenging experiences in a past role was navigating the complexities of managing critically ill patients during the COVID-19 pandemic as a Nurse Anesthetist. I was working in New York during the height of the crisis, and the intensity of the workload, combined with the emotional toll of seeing so many lives affected, was overwhelming. We faced rapidly changing protocols, equipment shortages, and the constant risk of infection. Balancing the need to provide high-quality care while ensuring my own safety, and that of my colleagues, was both physically and mentally exhausting, but it strengthened my resilience.
