About you
I have worked in radio as a production director and on-air talent for over 25 years. I am also a free-Iance voice actor and have my own Pro Tools studio with 24 /7 access. I have been recording and mixing sound professionally since 1985. I work well with creative teams and can turn around a project on time and on budget.
What are you looking for in a new role?
I am looking for a new opportunity that allows me to work from my home studio 7 days a week. My audio production skills are at a high level, and I believe I could be a valuable part of your enterprise. I believe in the power that sound can have in any given production, and I would love the opportunity to demonstrate what I can do for you.
What you are interested in working with us?
I am interested in working on something other than radio commercials and imaging production. I am highly proficient with Pro Tools and I would love to put my energy into something new and challenging. As a voice-actor myself I am fascinated with what be done with great copy and direction. Franky, producing anything over 60 seconds sounds very exciting!
What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
From 1996 to 2002, I was part of the WMGK morning show in Philadelphia, PA. My job was to write, produce and voice (with different characters I create) 4-5 different comedy vignettes every morning. As well as do a live lounge singer character twice every show. After the show, I was the image production director and would work another 6 to 8 hours.

Good afternoon.

My name is Allen Hite. I am applying for the role of E-learning audio producer. I have been an audio producer since 1985. I have seen the transition form tape to digital and haven't looked back. I started on Pro Tools in 1993 and have worked on it exclusively since. I have always been drawn to mixing sound and built my own studio in 2009. I have worked in radio in various markets, always as either an imaging or commercial production director. I believe my attention to detail and experience in recording and mixing audio will be a benefit to your operation, and I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to demonstrate my abilities. I am currently employed as a production director in Wilmington, DE. I would leave this job for the opportunity of working with you. Radio has seen its day... So I look forward to the possibility of hearing back from you and to the opportunity of showing you what I can do.
