I have 7 years experience recruiting for diverse professionals, I also am currently a sales representative have been in the past. At my previous positions as a Recruiter, I consistently matched candidates with jobs to fit their needs and experience while providing the client with the best candidate for the job. I regularly conducted interviews with candidates, making them feel confident and realistic about what job and salary they could expect based on their previous experience. The most rewarding part of being a Recruiter is calling a candidate to tell them that they landed the job and hearing the excitement in their voice. In my current role I work with sales management to define success, carry a very ambitious quota and collaborating with account executives to find and hunt for new opportunities.

I am looking to be apart of a diverse forward thinking company where I can have an impact both externally and internally. I am passionate about DEI and helping make sure it is a priority for wherever I am at. What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
My current role is as a sales development representative selling software solutions and services. This was a large transition from recruiting and HR for me. Getting into the role and gaining an understanding of it was the most challenging experience I have ever had. Having to learn product, hunting techniques, navigating internal sales systems and lead generation were all things I has never done before that I had to learn on the fly. It has been a big challenge but through hard work and progression I found my footing.
