What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
One of the most challenging yet rewarding experiences was during my time as a Training Manager at Digital Gold India Pvt. Ltd. The role required me to not only design and execute a comprehensive training architecture for a large number of Relationship Managers across Axis Bank, but also to establish a hybrid training ecosystem from scratch—both physical and digital.

What made it challenging was the need to implement new technologies and e-learning platforms in a traditionally face-to-face learning culture, while aligning multiple stakeholders from different verticals, including HR, sales leadership, and external partners. I had to manage complex MIS reporting, coordinate pan-India induction programs, and ensure training effectiveness while adhering to strict business milestones. Balancing this with change management and resistance to new formats made it a high-pressure but high-growth phase in my career.

Through consistent stakeholder engagement, data-backed reporting, and agile content delivery, I was able to build a scalable and effective training process that contributed directly to improved performance and employee readiness.
