With over a decade of experience in adult education, instructional design, and virtual training, I bring a strong foundation in developing engaging learning experiences that improve performance and support strategic organizational goals.

In my roles as Director of College Counseling and Lead Undergraduate Instructor, I’ve designed and delivered high-impact training programs for both staff and learners using a range of modalities—including virtual workshops, self-paced eLearning modules, and blended learning strategies.
