Remote corporate training specialist

I am an individual who is passionate about Training and Education, Learning and Development. I believe learning never stops. The more you learn the more you can teach. I like to keep myself updated to the latest technology changes in training and find it interesting to deliver trainings virtually and try to make it more creative and interesting for my audience. My satisfaction lies in seeing my trainees settle in a career and do well in their field. I am good at using NLP in all my training sessions to make it effective giving the desired result. I want to expand my reachability and training and guide as many as possible by working remotely. I don't like to be stagnant and monotonous, as I love challenging roles in training. I find this role matches my interest and skills and would love to take it up.
On a personal front, both my sons are married and I want to keep myself busy and be a support system for my husband and sons by doing what motivates me to give my best. I believe in keeping myself occupied as an idle mind can be a devil's workshop. I am grateful to God for all that I have and want to keep doing what I know best and that is Training.

Deliver trainings with the skills and knowledge that I have and also learn any new skills that I need to do better. As I am also a certified soft skills trainer I love to do the TNA and build a course module with content fit for virtual delivery. Every task will be new and exciting as I get to interact with a lot of new people.

I can adapt easily to any given role in training. I am confident to train in Medical Transcription, Medical Coding and Medical Billing. As a Soft skills certified trainer I can take up Leadership and management trainings. I am also in the process of being a life coach so I can deliver those sessions too.

I ran my own training institute for Medical Transcription and Call Center trainings between 2006 and 2010. I was multitasking with marketing, counselling, delivering the trainings, coordinating for placement support. I took up state government sponsored training and placement programs and successfully delivered trainings at 5 different locations in the state for a total.of 1000 students. I attended meetings with district collectors and always got appreciation for the successful completion of training and placement batches. I enjoyed the challenge as the success of my trainees motivated me always.
