I have more than 30 years of experience involving appraisal services. I have provided appraisal and consulting services throughout the local communities throughout the State of Kansas, Missouri, New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Florida, New Hampshire, and California concerning risk management, quality assurance and review of appraisal reports from licensed and certified appraisers within the operation of larger financial institutions.

Throughout my appraisal career, I have developed, established, and maintained a professional rapport and public trust with my clients within the local and regional financial institutions as well as members of the community including residents, contractors, investors, real estate agents, and public officials within the local and surrounding Cities, Counties and States.
