Dear Quality Assurance Team:

I am writing to express my interest in the Quality Improvement Nurse position at Naukri Mitra. With a background in Quality Assurance, I believe I would be a great asset to the team.

Within my current position, one of my responsibilities is to complete chart auditing. I perform data extraction in patient records to ensure that the organization complies to regulatory standards. This ensures that the team is providing quality care and implementing safety measures to patients and their loved ones.

Using my analytical and attention to detail skills I provide feedback to the team. This feedback helps, alongside the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement data, to drive the Performance Improvement Projects that are executed by the team throughout the year. These projects ensure the organizations compliance to the governing healthcare principles.

I am confident in my ability to adapt and in my willingness to acquire new skills. Quality Assurance is an area in my nursing career that I would like to advance in. I have the drive, the dedication, and the ability to support the Quality Assurance Team at Naukri Mitra.
