About you
I'm a licensed clinical psychologist, and I have completed my MPhil in clinical psychology from GMCH Chandigarh. I'm trained in conducting psychological assessments and psychometries and various psychotherapeutic modalities like cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, and behavioral therapy.
What are you looking for in a new role?
In a part-time role, I’m looking for the opportunity to contribute my clinical expertise in a meaningful way while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. I’m especially drawn to roles where I can work with diverse clients, collaborate with a supportive team, and continue to grow professionally. I’m excited to bring my skills to a team where I can make a positive impact, even in a part-time capacity.
What you are interested in working with us?
Since I will be getting the opportunity of flexible working hours and will be able to manage my commitments and current job, so I found this opportunity appealing.
What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
I am not trained in trauma therapy. So I find myself unsuitable to work with them.

I am writing in regards to the position of psychologist at your institute. I believe I have the necessary qualifications and skills required for the role.

I have done my MPhil from Government Medical College and Hospital, Chandigarh and M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology from Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar. During my MPhil, I have worked with patients of all ages and disorders ranging from neurosis to addiction using various psychotherapeutic modalities and psychological assessments gained during my MPhil tenure. I have been exposed to psychosocial rehabilitation of patients of severe mental illness and community outreach programs as well.

I have genuine interest in helping people improve their mental health and I am passionate about my work. I am empathetic and a good listener. I believe I can make a positive difference in the lives of those people facing mental health issues.
